At Bao’s Bakery, we take food allergies and intolerances seriously. We provide allergen information for our products to help customers make informed choices.
Our products
Our range includes freshly made cookies, pastries, cakes, doughnuts and other baked goods. Products and recipes may vary depending on what we are making and where we are selling.
Allergen information for products sold through our online shop is provided on the relevant product listing.
For products sold at markets, fairs, cafés and other locations, allergen information is available from Bao’s Bakery at the point of sale.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please ask us before purchasing so that we can provide the most up-to-date information for the specific product.

Our products are made in a domestic kitchen where other allergens are handled.
Although we take reasonable care when preparing our products, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of other allergens.
For this reason, customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering or purchasing.
