Bao’s is an independent bakery based in Norwich, specialising in small‑batch, handmade baked goods. Founded by a local couple, Joshua & Charlie, in 2026, Bao’s focuses on quality ingredients and sharing the process behind what it makes. Its globally inspired and inventive flavours set it apart from traditional bakeries in the region. 

Right now, you can find our delicious bakes at a range of markets and fairs across the county. We love meeting you in person, so keep an eye out for where we’ll be popping up next.

Very soon, you’ll also be able to pre-order your favourites for Saturday morning collection or local delivery – perfect for a weekend treat.

And that’s not all… we’ll be launching our postal cookie boxes soon too, so you can enjoy Bao’s bakes wherever you are (or send them as the perfect gift).
